With a background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and former teacher, I’ve spent years supporting children, educators, and families through behavior challenges. My approach goes beyond strategies—I help people align mind, body, and behavior to create lasting change.
I guide individuals to uncover their values and build a self-care plan for aligned living, and I partner with families to address behavior challenges with clarity and compassion. I also support schools in creating environments where both students and staff thrive.
As a certified health coach and yoga instructor, I integrate mindfulness, self-regulation, and nervous system support into my work to help people not just manage challenges but flourish.
I’m also a mom of two and wife to an educator, so I know life can feel overwhelming. That’s why I offer practical, sustainable strategies to help you build habits that bring more ease and alignment into your daily life.
